Marinated bacon steaks with corn
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon patties (a la minute), olive oil, garlic (pressed), chilli (mill 26 g), paprika (mild), dried thyme and corn cobs (2 pieces).

Sprinkle the bacon strips on both sides with salt and pepper. Pour the oil into a large bowl and add the garlic, chillies, paprika and thyme. Add the bacon patties and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Cut the corn cobs into 12 pieces and place them on the plate. Put in the microwave for 5 minutes (800 watts).

Stick to each satay stick: corn, bacon, corn, bacon and corn. Grill the bacon strips for about 15 minutes on the barbecue.

You can marinate the bacon strips in the morning. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Follow the recipe from step 2 just before serving.
