Marinated drumsticks
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), sugo casa (tomato sauce, 665 ml), balsamic vinegar, dark caster sugar, mustard, cinnamon powder, chili powder and drumsticks (total 10 pieces).

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan or frying pan and gently fry the garlic.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and place the chicken drumsticks in it.

Bring to the boil and roast the chicken drumsticks covered over medium-high heat in 45 minutes.

Allow the chicken drumsticks to cool in the sauce.

Take the chicken drumsticks out of the sauce, let them drain and brush them all around with olive oil.

Put them on the barbecue and roast them in crispy brown for 8-10 minutes, turning them regularly.
