Marinated pork skewers


For on the barbecue (or just in the grill pan)! Pork skewers in a BBQ marinade of cola, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, tabasco and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Pour the cola into a pan and bring to a boil. Let boil over medium heat until about 100 ml. You then have a syrupy sauce.
  2. Allow to cool slightly and mix with the soy sauce and the ketchup, press the garlic above it. Season with tabasco. Stir in the oil.
  3. Cut the pork tenderloin into pieces of 4 x 4 cm and put them in a bowl. Pour the marinade over it. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the meat on the skewers. Grill the skewers on the braai in about 6 minutes just until done. Times regularly. Delicious with the tomato relish.
