Cut the bacon diagonally into three strips and the bars in three pieces, so you get 9 mini-bacon.

Bring a pan with a layer of water to the boil. Finely chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl that fits exactly in the pan.

Hang the bowl in the pan. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the dark chocolate (au bain-marie).

Mix in the mini-bacon and cranberry mix and scoop 20 piles on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with 2 tablespoons.

Let the chocolate slices dry in a cool place in 30 minutes.

Chop the white chocolate coarse and melt it in a bain-marie.

Make dashes on the top of the rocks by sprinkling the white chocolate over it with a fork. Leave to dry for 10 minutes.
