Mashed with red peppers
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red peppers, potatoes (crumbly, peeled), garlic (chopped) and extra virgin olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the peppers on a baking tray covered with parchment paper in the center of the oven and roast them for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, place them in a plastic bag and close them. Let the peppers rest for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Remove the stalk, the seeds and the skin of the peppers. Puree them in the blender or with the hand blender.

Drain the potatoes and stamp with the paprika, garlic and oil to a fine puree with the puree pestle. Season with salt and pepper.
