Meal soup with four types of onion
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sweet onion, red onion, shallots, spring onions (3 pieces), sunflower oil, base for (onion soup (485 ml, Maggi)), baguette (multigrain boulogne (bake, 250 g)), cheese (Danablu 50 (125 g)), cooked ham cubes (250 g) and Zaanse mustard (pot a 335 g).

Peel sweet onion, red onion and shallot and cut into rings.

Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.

Heat oil in large pan and fry sweet onion, red onion and shallot until golden brown in approx.

8 minutes.

Contents of pot Base for onion soup and add 3 pots of water.

Bring to the boil and let gently simmer for approx.

15 min.

With lid on the pan.

Meanwhile, preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Cut the loaf of bread into slices.

Crumble cheese above bowl and stir with 2 tbsp water.

Spread cheese over slices of baguette, place sandwiches side by side on rack and put them under grill until cheese is melted.

Combine the ham cubes, mustard and spring onions with soup and warm well (do not allow to cook).

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Divide soup over 4 plates and serve with baguette with cheese..
