Mediterranean club sandwich with mackerel


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, Goois sunflower white bread, steamed mackerel, lemon juice, tapenade of dried tomatoes, rucola salad (or lamb's lettuce 75 g) and cucumber.

Directions

  1. Roast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. Remove skin and bones from the mackerel and divide into coarse pieces.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice over it and add generous black pepper.
  4. Brush the toasted bread with tapenade and divide the arugula and cucumber into slices.
  5. Put the mackerel on it.
