Melon salad in ginger marinade
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: ginger root, lime, sugar, galia melon, cantaloupe melon and watermelon.
Ginger peel and grate.
Fry 2 1/2 dl of water with sugar, lime juice and ginger grate gently until all the sugar has dissolved.
Let the ginger syrup cool down for about 1 hour to room temperature.
Galia and cantaloupe melon halve, scoop out with spoonfuls.
Cut melon halves into 6 parts, cut flesh along the skin and cut into pieces.
Peel watermelon and cut into pieces.
Remove kernels with teaspoon.
To create melon in scale.
Ginger syrup above melon through sieve pour and shovel.
Melon in refrigerator for at least 3 hours marinate and then (optionally with or without marinade) spread over 4 dishes..
