A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white dumplings, hamburgers (a 8 pieces), avocados, iceberg lettuce (a 200 g), salsa sauce (mild (300 g)), jalapeños (Mexican peppers, pot of 220 g) and miniature chickens (a 425 g).
Light the barbecue. Cut the rolls in half and grill them with the cutting edge downwards for 2 minutes. Grill the burgers in approx. 10 minutes until done. Times regularly.
Meanwhile, halve the avocados. Carefully remove the kernel and skin and cut the flesh into slices.
Cover the rolls generously with iceberg lettuce. Place the burgers on top and divide the avocado, sauce, jalapeños and corn on the cob. Cover with the top halves of the buns. Insert a tapas stick.
