Mini burgers with potato salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (Pommes Primeur (bag 1.5 kg), scrambled), green beans, garden peas (a 450 g, frozen), mayonnaise, spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings) and Dutch beef meatballs.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Halve the unpeeled potatoes and boil in water with salt in approx. 20 min. Until done. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the green beans in water with salt in approx. 8 minutes. Add the frozen garden peas for the last 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under running water until cold.
  3. Dilute the mayonnaise with 2 tbsp water and stir in the green beans, garden peas and spring onions. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press flattened meatballs with moist hands until mini burgers. Roast the burgers on the hot barbecue for about 4 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Serve the burgers with the potato salad.
