Mini spits with Mexican shrimp
A nice mexican recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, giant scampi ((frozen), thawed), Mexican (spices), lime (squeezed), olive oil, fresh coriander ((a 15 g), finely minced) and avocado (-hummus dip (see / recipes; The barbecue book)).

Shrimp prawns and pat dry with kitchen paper. In bowl, mix Mexican spices with lime juice and oil. Add shrimps, cover and prawn shrimps in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Shrimp the prawns on soaked skewers and grill for 2 minutes on a greased grill topper on each side. Sprinkle skewers and sprinkle coriander over them. Serving avocado dip. Tasty with tortilla chips.
