A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: green beans, salt, eggs (M), onion, garlic, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, (freshly ground) black pepper and sugar.

Directions

  1. Clean green beans and cook them in pan with water and a little salt in approx.
  2. 5 minutes, drain and allow to cool.
  3. Boil eggs for about 8 minutes, rinse under cold water and allow to cool.
  4. Peel onion and cut into rings, peel garlic and chop.
  5. Peel cucumber with cheese slicer and cut into thin slices.
  6. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  7. Pepper, clean and cut into strips.
  8. In a little oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and garlic stir into dressing.
  9. Peel eggs and cut into slices.
  10. Combine green beans, onion, cucumber, tomato and paprika and place on a flat dish.
  11. Give dressing and pour slices of egg on it.
  12. Delicious with Castilian round bread..
