Moroccan lamb skewers
A nice Moroccan recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (pressed), olive oil, ground cumin (djinten), garlic (finely chopped), ground coriander (ketoembar), lamb steaks (a minute and diced).

Let the skewers soak in cold water for about 30 minutes so that they do not burn on the barbecue.

Stir in a marinade of the lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, garlic, coriander and salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon the pieces of lamb through the marinade and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Thread the pieces of lamb onto a skewer or skewer.
