Mushrooms in tomato garlic sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: small mushrooms, green olives with pimento (100 g), spiced tomato sauce ((350 ml Sugo), garlic puree (pot), olive oil, paprika powder, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and repeat in bowl. Drain the olives and cut into slices. Season together in tomato sauce, paprika, garlic puree and olives.

(per person) Heat up some olive oil in a small gourmet pan and fry approx. 6-8 mushrooms around brown. Approx. Stir 3 to 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and let it simmer slowly. Season with salt and pepper.
