Noodles with broccoli and tuna
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steak (frozen, a 2 pieces), fish sauce (bottle of 200 ml), sesame oil, mienestjes (pack a 500 g), broccoli florets (frozen, bag a 1 kg), lemon juice, sesame seeds and carrot julienne (150 g).

Place tuna steaks on the plate and defrost.

Mix 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil and cover with fish.

Cook according to directions on packaging.

Broccoli cook according to directions on packaging.

Mix lemon juice, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seed and pepper to taste until dressing.

Cut off broccoli and halve florets with a knife.

Preheat the cooking pan.

Mie, broccoli, carrot and dressing in pan mix and well warm.

Tuna in hot grill pan on each side 2 min.

Grilling.

Mion on plates, put tuna on it.

Sprinkle with the rest of sesame seeds..
