Noodles with chinese seafood sauce
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, stir-fry (300 g), onion, pepper mix (green / red / yellow), sunflower oil, Chinese sweet and sour sauce (550 g), fruits de mer (seafood cocktail, a 150 g) and sweet soy sauce.

Cook for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain.

Peel onion and cut into half rings.

Clean peppers and cut into strips.

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry the onion with peppers for 4 minutes.

Warm in saucepan sauce with seafood.

Mea with peppers and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Season with sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Serve Mie with seafood sauce..
