Break the noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the beef stir-fry in 4 min. Brown and crispy.

Mix the umami and stir-fry for another 1 min. Scoop in a bowl.

Heat the rest of the oil. Stir fry the mushrooms 3 min. Add the stir fry vegetables and stir fry for another 3 min.

Add the sambal bath jak, soy sauce and noodle and cook for 2 minutes.

Divide the noodles with vegetables over 4 bowls. Put the umami minced meat on top and sprinkle with the peanuts.
