Directions

  1. Break the noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the beef stir-fry in 4 min. Brown and crispy.
  3. Mix the umami and stir-fry for another 1 min. Scoop in a bowl.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil. Stir fry the mushrooms 3 min. Add the stir fry vegetables and stir fry for another 3 min.
  5. Add the sambal bath jak, soy sauce and noodle and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Divide the noodles with vegetables over 4 bowls. Put the umami minced meat on top and sprinkle with the peanuts.
