Olive meatballs
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ground beef, garlic (finely chopped), egg (beaten), Italian culinary herbs, green olives (almond (jar 280 g)), olive oil, tomato sauce (sugo pasta sauce herbs and 390 g).

Mix the minced meat, the garlic, the egg and the herbs. Add pepper and salt to taste. Divide into 12 balls and press flat. Take a flat ball in your hand and put an olive on it. Fold the mince around it and roll a ball. Press firmly. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in brown for 3 minutes. Turn down the heat and add the pasta sauce. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Serve the balls warm, but cold they taste good too. Nice after the spaghetti with fennel and with the spinach, garlic and raisins.
