Sicilian pasta with cauliflower
Penne with raisins, cauliflower, sundried tomatoes and Parmesan from Sicily

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, divide the cauliflower into small florets. Cook until about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes into strips.

Slice the garlic and the pepper in thin rings.

Heat 4 tbsp of the oil from the pot of tomatoes in a frying pan and fry the garlic and pepper for 2 min. On low heat.

Slice the parsley and add together with the raisins.

Add the pasta, cauliflower and tomato and scoop. Add some oil from the pot of tomatoes and scrape the cheese. Serve immediately.
