Directions

  1. Mix in a bowl the flour with 1 tsp salt and the butter.
  2. Rub this into a crumbly mixture.
  3. Spoon 1 egg and 1 tbsp cold water and knead into a dough ball.
  4. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut the leeks into 2 pieces of 8-10 cm and cut them in half lengthwise.
  6. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, place the leeks in it and add pepper and salt.
  7. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and 2-3 tbsp water.
  8. Smother covered in 8-10 min.
