A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, Japanese soy sauce, sugar, sherry, chicken fillet and oil.

Directions

  1. Bring the soy sauce, the sugar and the sherry in a pan with a thick bottom over medium heat to the boil.
  2. Let cook until it is a thick marinade.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread the strips of chicken with the marinade and let them rest for at least half an hour.
  5. Heat a grill pan.
  6. Brush the strips of chicken fillet thinly with oil and grill them until golden on each side for 5-6 minutes on medium heat until both sides have a nice checkered pattern.
  7. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and serve immediately..
