A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steaks, olive oil, fresh parsley (very finely chopped), chilli (ground), marinated artichoke hearts ((190 g), drained), black olives (tapenade), mayonnaise, panini's (or ciabatta bread and cut open).

Directions

  1. Place tuna steaks in a low bowl. In a bowl of oil, parsley and to taste, stir salt and chili pepper into pasta. Tuna on both sides with parsley mixture cover.
