Pasta in tuna-parsley sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, farfalle (pasta, bag of 500 g), tuna pieces in olive oil (a 185 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), peppers (in three colors), paprika powder, raw vegetables (150 g) and balsamic dressing.

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions on packaging.
  2. Drain the tuna and collect the oil.
  3. Parsley finely chop.
  4. Peppers clean and cut into pieces.
  5. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  6. Stir in paprika for 4 minutes.
  7. Add paprika, tuna and parsley and fry for 1 min.
  8. Spread pasta and season with salt and generous pepper.
  9. Mix raw vegetables with dressing and scoop in 4 containers.
  10. Spread pasta over 4 deep plates.
  11. Add containers of raw vegetables..
