Spaghetti with broccoli, chicken breast, pesto, arugula and grana padano cheese.

Directions

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets. Boil the broccoli in water with salt in 6-8 min. Until al dente.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, brush the chicken with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and collect a cup of cooking liquid. Mix the spaghetti with the pesto, some cooking water and possibly pepper and salt.
  5. Divide the spaghetti over the plates and add the chicken fillet. Spread the arugula over the chicken fillet.
  6. Sprinkle with olive oil and grate the cheese on top. Serve with broccoli.
