Pasta with chicken and sundried tomato


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, penne (pasta), ratatouille package (about 1 kg), chicken breast (about 350 g), (olive) oil, meat broth (from 1/4 tablet) and sundried tomatoes in oil (pot a 180 g).

Directions

  1. Cook Penne according to instructions.
  2. Clean aubergine, zucchini, pepper and tomato and cut into pieces.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Garlic peel and finely chop.
  5. Sprinkle thyme leaves from twig.
  6. Cut the chicken into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat oil in frying pan and chicken cubes around brown cans.
  8. Add vegetables and thyme and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  9. Add broth, bring to the boil and stir vegetables for about 15 minutes.
  10. Cut and add dried tomatoes into pieces.
  11. Mix the sauce and the penne and season with salt and pepper..
