Pasta with ricotta and crayfish
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, courgettes, fresh tagliatelle (à 250 g), olive oil, fresh Italian herbs (à 20 g), green pesto (100 g), ricotta (cheese 250 g) and crayfish (à 100 g).
Peel and chop onions.
Wash and clean courgettes and cut into cubes.
Cook tagliatelle al dente according to instructions.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry onions for about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle thyme leaves from twigs, mince the rest of the herbs.
Add the courgettes and herbs to onion and bake for about 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the tagliatelle, pesto, ricotta and crayfish.
Serve tagliatelle and vegetables separately..
