Penne with mushroom tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, penne (pasta), mushrooms (a 250 g), chicken breast cubes (about 350 g), olive oil, pine nuts (65 g), sieved tomatoes (500 ml) and sauce mix for porcini penne (pot a 40 g).

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken cubes for 5 minutes.

Pour in the mushrooms and bake for another 5 minutes.

Roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Give sieved tomatoes to mushrooms and stir in the sauce mix.

Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Use Penne with sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts.
