Penne with mushroom tomato sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, penne (pasta), mushrooms (a 250 g), chicken breast cubes (about 350 g), olive oil, pine nuts (65 g), sieved tomatoes (500 ml) and sauce mix for porcini penne (pot a 40 g).

Directions

  1. Cook Penne according to instructions.
  2. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken cubes for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the mushrooms and bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
  6. Give sieved tomatoes to mushrooms and stir in the sauce mix.
  7. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  9. Use Penne with sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts.
  10. Tasty with green salad..
