Pepper water soup
A nice Indian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), ground coriander (ketoembar), cumin (djinten), red pepper (in rings), oil, beef broth (from tablet) , chickpeas ((400 g), drained), chicken breasts (in strips), coconut milk and lemon (pressed).

Ingredients
- 1 onion shredded
- 2 cloves garlic minced meat
- 3 tl fresh ginger root finely chopped
- 2 tl ground coriander (ketoembar)
- 2 tl cumin (djinten)
- 1 Red pepper in rings
- 2 el oil
- 1 liter Beef broth from tablet
- 1 look chickpeas (400 g), drained
- 2 chicken fillets in strips
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 lemon pressed

Directions

Mix with onion blender onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin and half of red pepper to paste.

Add hot stock and chickpeas and cook gently for 5 minutes.

Fold chicken strips, coconut milk and lemon juice through chickpeas and simmer soup for 4-5 minutes until chicken is tender.

Season with salt.

Spread the soup over four plates and garnish with the rest of red pepper..
