Directions
-
Place the filet steaks between two sheets of cling film on a shelf. Store them evenly flat with a rolling pin or saucepan without holes in the meat. Put the raw ham and roquefort on 2 fillet steaks. Roll up and secure with the cocktail sticks.
-
For the children: Place the ham on the other 2 filet steaks and the young cheese underneath. Roll up and secure with the cocktail sticks.
-
Sprinkle the flour on a plate and roll the rolls through. Shake off excess flour. Heat the butter in a small frying pan and fry the rolls over not too high a fire in 10 min. Until cooked and brown, turn regularly. Remove from the pan and leave on a plate for 3 minutes under aluminum foil. Fry the spring onions for 2 minutes in the same pan.
-
Remove the sticks and cut the meat diagonally in half. Serve with the spring onion.
