Pumpkin curry with onion and cauliflower
Curry with pumpkin, garam masala, cauliflower, onion, Greek yogurt, coriander and mango chutney.

Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the oil on low heat and fry the garam masala 2 min. Add the onion and fruit 2 min.

Turn the heat medium and add the pumpkin pieces. Halve large cauliflower florets and add. Stir fry 2 min.

Add the yogurt, stir well and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer for 25 minutes with the lid on the pan. Stir frequently. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the shelf according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the coriander coarsely.

Sprinkle the curry with the coriander and serve with the flat and the mango chutney.
