Puree turret with goat's cheese


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chestnut mushrooms (250), mushroom melange (200 g), onion, garlic, apple, red cabbage with apple (boiled 520 g), fresh mashed potatoes (with chestnut and apple, 500 g), butter and fresh goat cheese (with honey).

Directions

  1. Mushroom the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  3. Wash the apple and remove the apple core with an apple core.
  4. Cut the apple into 8 slices.
  5. Heat the cabbage in pan.
  6. Mash the potato mash according to the instructions for use in the microwave.
  7. Cut goat cheese into 4 slices.
  8. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  9. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan.
  10. Cover the onion and garlic for 1 min.
  11. Add mushrooms and bake for 6 minutes.
  12. Heat butter in frying pan, fry apple for 2 minutes.
  13. Lay apple slices on the plate, add puree, apple slice, another spoonful of puree and cover with goat's cheese.
  14. Place plate with turret 2 minutes under hot grill.
  15. Mix mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste and create next to the turret.
  16. Serve with red cabbages..
