Quesadillas with smoked chicken and peppers
Grilled mexican wraps with smoked chicken, peppers, cheese and fresh coriander.

Turn the table grill to the medium position.

Place the tortillas on a clean work surface and cover half of each tortilla with the cheese.

Cut the pepper into strips. Place the peppers and chicken on the cheese. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.

Fold the tortillas double, push them lightly and place them on the table grill. Bake 6 min. Halfway.

Cut the quesadillas into points and serve with the salsa sauce.
