Redfish with sage and parma ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillets, lemon juice, sage leaves, Parma ham and olive oil.
Brush the fish fillets with lemon juice and put them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. They become so nice and firm.
Sprinkle the pieces of fish with pepper and put 2 sage leaves on each piece of fish. Wrap each piece of fish in a slice of parma ham and secure the ham with a cocktail stick. Brush the ham with olive oil.
Heat a frying pan and toast the pieces of fish over a medium heat on each side for 3 minutes. Place the pieces of fish on a plate. Delicious with 'Fresh tomato sauce', spaghetti and string beans.
