Ribeye with puree of puffed garlic
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, butter (at room temperature), sea salt (coarse) and ribeye.

Put the bread rolling garlic in their entirety on the barbecue, put the lid on and puff them soft and cooked in 15 minutes.

Allow the garlic to cool.

Cut off the whole bottom of the garlic bulb with a sharp knife and push the puffed cloves out of the peel.

Remove all hanging peels.

Puree the puffed garlic with the butter and coarse sea salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste with the hand blender or in the food processor.

Sprinkle the ribeyes with coarse sea salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste and grill them in 1 minute on high heat.

Turn the meat a quarter turn and grill it for 1 minute (this will give it a nice check pattern).

Turn the meat over and grill it for 1-2 minutes.

Serve with the garlic butter..
