Rice dish with gravy of red pesto


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, long grain rice (pack `250 g), (olive) oil, ready-to-cook Italian vegetable mix (250 g), Italian herbs, turkey snacks and fresh red pesto (AH Home Rider).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan.
  3. Vegetable mix with 2 teaspoons of Italian herbs for about 3 minutes baking.
  4. Take the pan of fire and cover it.
  5. Heat residual oil in frying pan.
  6. Cut cutlets on both sides with the rest of herbs.
  7. Cut cutlets into brown in approx.
  8. 3 minutes, halfway through.
  9. Remove the schnitzels from the pan and cut each in three.
  10. Add 3 tablespoons of water to left-behind shortening, loosen crumbles.
  11. Pesto through it.
  12. Remove schnitzel pieces in pan.
  13. Gare rice through vegetables and divide it over two plates.
  14. Put the schnitzels on the rice mixture and pour over gravy..
