Rigatoni with spicy tomato sauce and minced meatballs
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), fresh soup balls, beef tomatoes (in pieces), dried red peppers, rigatoni (pasta), fresh basil (in pieces torn) and Pecorino (piece ).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the meatballs and fry them around brown.
Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Stir the pieces of tomato through the meatballs and crumble the peppers above it. Add salt to taste and gently simmer the tomatoes for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the rigatoni according to the instructions on the packaging. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid through the tomatoes in the pan. Drain the rigatoni and put the pasta back in the pan.
Spoon the tomato with meatballs through the pasta. Divide the dish over 4 deep hot plates and scrape the cheese on top. Sprinkle the basil over the dish.
