Thai chicken


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (in small blocks), red pepper (in rings), red pepper (diced), coconut milk (tin a 400 ml), ginger syrup, lemon juice, oil, fresh coriander ((15 g) ) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Fold 4 sheets of aluminum foil (each 50 cm) double.
  2. Spoon the chicken cubes in a bowl with the pepper, paprika, coconut milk, ginger syrup, lemon juice, oil, half of the coriander and salt to taste.
  3. Put a quarter of the chicken mixture on each sheet of foil and fold the foil loosely around the chicken.
  4. Fold the sides of the packages closed so that no air can escape.
  5. Place the packages for 10-12 minutes on the hot barbecue.
  6. Fold them open carefully and sprinkle with the rest of the coriander.
  7. Tasty with mixed salad and white rice..
