Roasted tenderloin with mushrooms


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tenderloin (approx. 120 g), balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme, chestnut mushrooms, chanterelles or shiitake, bacon, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Directions

  1. roast beef with balsamic vinegar and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Leave at least half an hour and allow to reach room temperature. Sprinkle leaves of thyme from sprigs. Clean mushrooms and cut them in quarters. Cut bacon into thin strips.
  2. Preheat the pan until it is piping hot. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in woks. Baste bacon gently. Add mushrooms and bake in a nice heat for about 5 minutes. Thyme and salt and pepper to taste through it. Roast beef tenderloin in browned roasts for approx. 4-5 minutes and roast halfway in half. Salt and pepper above it. roast beef on six warm plates and create mushrooms. Tasty with baked potatoes and stir-fried beans with cherry tomatoes and red onion.
