Roll with grilled vegetables
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: ciabatta (bake bread), zucchini, olive oil, mayonnaise, tapenade sun tomato (125 g dish), grilled red peppers ((jar 295 g) and drained).

Bake the bread in the oven according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the courgette in slices lengthwise with a cheese slicer.

Spread the slices very thinly with oil.

Heat the grill pan and grill the slices on both sides for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle the grilled zucchini with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in the mayonnaise through the tapenade.

Cut open the ciabatta, spread both halves generously with the tapenade mixture and divide the zucchini slices and the whole peppers over it.

Sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper.

Lay the halves together and cut the bread into 4 equal pieces.
