Roll with spinach salad and peppadews

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon for 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown and crunchy. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, halve the avocados in the length and remove the kernel.

Scoop the flesh from the skin with a spoon and cut it into slices.

Cut the spinach coarsely and mix with the salad dressing.

Put in the avocado and walnuts.

Drain the peppadews and cut into rings.

Halve the ciabattas, cut them open and spread some of the spinach salad over the bottom halves of the buns.

Divide the goat's cheese, bacon and peppadews and cover with the top of the buns.

Serve with the rest of the salad.
