Rolls with herb cheese and smoked salmon
Sandwiches with smoked salmon, cottage cheese, chives, parsley and basil.

Preheat the oven grill.

Cut the chives and parsley nicely over a bowl.

Put the leaves of basil on top of each other, roll up the length to 'cigar' and cut into thin strips.

Mix the hüttenkäse with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the rolls on the cutting board and cut carefully in half. Place the halves with the cutting edge upwards on a baking tray.

Roast under the hot grill in 2 min. Golden brown. Cut the salmon into strips.

Brush the bottom half of the rolls generously with the herb cheese and lay the salmon on it. Cover with top of the buns.

Cut the lime into 4 parts and put aside the rolls.
