Rosemary steak
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rosemary (a 15 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped) and ball steaks (a 150 g).

Ris the needles of the sprigs of rosemary, but keep some twigs for garnish. Cut the needles as finely as possible. Mix in a bowl with the oil, garlic and a lot of pepper. Add the steak and cover everything, so that the steak and the herb oil are well mixed. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat the grill pan and grill the steaks on high heat for about 5 minutes for red meat or 8 minutes for less red meat. Turn halfway. Let rest for 5 minutes and garnish with the reserved sprigs of rosemary. Nice after the spaghetti all'arrabbiata and with the grilled vegetables.
