Mix the chicken fillet with the oil, pepper and salt. Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken in 4 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile cut the avocados in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into strips.

Cut the onions into thin half rings and drain the corn. Divide the lettuce, melange, chicken, avocado, corn and onion into 4 plates. Sprinkle with the dressing.

Cut the ciabatta into slices and serve with the salad.
