Salmon risotto


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, courgettes, olive oil, risotto rice, smoked salmon cubes (approx. 100 g) and ground Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  2. Clean the courgettes, wash them and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.
  4. Bake the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add rice and bake for about 2 minutes.
  6. Continue cooking according to instructions (without salt or broth).
  7. Heat residual oil in frying pan.
  8. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
  9. Create zucchini and salmon with rice mixture.
  10. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese..
