Salmon skewers with teriyaki marinade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, ciabatta (Italian bread, 250 g), zucchini, tomatoes, Scottish salmon fillets (a ca. 225 g), teriyaki marinade and sauce (bottle a 250 ml), mixed lettuce (200 g), salad dressing garlic (bottle a 270 ml) and sunflower oil.

Drip Ciabatta according to the instructions.

Clean zucchini and cut into 16 slices.

Cut salmon into 16 pieces.

Salmon and zucchini marinate in marinade for 10 minutes and then string on satéprikkers.

Cut tomatoes into wedges and mix with lettuce and dressing.

Heat up the grill pan.

Season salmon skewers thinly with oil and grill in 8 minutes.

Serve salmon with salad and bread..
