A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillets (a 150 g), lemon (scrubbed), soy sauce (250 ml bottle), ginger syrup, garlic (finely chopped), pine nuts (bag of 65 g), sesame seeds (a 100 g), sunflower oil , olive oil, onion (in thin rings) and spinach.

Directions

  1. Put the salmon fillets in a bowl.
  2. Halve the lemon.
  3. Squeeze out one half and cut the other half into slices.
  4. For the marinade, mix the soy sauce with the ginger syrup and the lemon juice.
  5. Add 1 chopped garlic and pour the marinade over the salmon.
  6. Cover the dish and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn the salmon after 15 minutes.
  8. Roast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan.
  9. Let cool on a plate.
  10. Sprinkle the sesame seeds in a deep plate.
  11. Roll in the salmon fillets and press.
  12. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon over medium heat in 8 min.
  13. Around golden brown.
  14. Turn the fillets regularly.
  15. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a wok.
  16. Bake the onion rings for 2 minutes.
