A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, Catalan bratwurst (6 pieces), luxury brunch rolls (bag of 9), ketchup, sambal, coriander ((15 g), only the leaves) and traditional tzatziki salad (150 g).

Light the barbecue. Grill the sausage in 8-10 minutes. Times regularly. Meanwhile, toast the rolls for 4-6 minutes on the barbecue. Times regularly.

Put the ketchup and the sambal in a bowl. Cut the coriander and mix.
