Sausages in mustard sauce with rye bread
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (table), celery, onion, garlic, rye bread (pack a 500 g), butter, vegetarian sausages (175 g), mustard and vegetable stock tablet.

Potatoes in plenty of water with a little salt in about 15 minutes.

Clean celery, halve each stalk and cut into quarters.

Sprinkle in boiling water with a little salt in 6-8 min.

Cast off.

Peel onion and garlic, cut onion into rings and garlic.

Rye bread crumble.

Roast bread crumbs for 3 minutes in a dry, hot frying pan over a high heat.

Heat 50 g of butter in frying pan.

Season the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add sausages and fry for 3 minutes.
-
Add mustard, bouillon tablet and 1/2 cup of water and warm gently on low heat.

Mix celery with leftover butter and pepper to taste.

Spread celery, potatoes and sausages with sauce over 4 plates.

Spread the rye bread crumbs over celery..
