Scampi with paprika garlic sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, dried garlic, extra virgin olive oil, scampi (500 g, frozen), red pepper (diced), fresh Italian herb mix ((a bag of 20 g), finely chopped), dry white wine, chilli pepper from demolition and coarse sea salt.

Cut off bread roll garlic on the underside.

Pour oil into a small saucepan and put a roll of garlic garlic in it.

Oil and garlic covered 10-15 min.

Over medium heat until garlic is soft.

Scampi defrost and pat dry.

Remove 3 t of garlic oil from the saucepan in frying pan.

Remove garlic cloves of bread, remove skins.

Squeeze the toes between thumb and index finger over the saucepan.

Mix the pepper and herbs with garlic and gently bake for another 5 minutes.

Add wine and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the garlic-paprika mixture into a smooth sauce with a hand blender or in a kitchen machine.

Season with sea salt and pepper.

Heat frying pan with garlic oil.

Stir in scampi and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until scampi is tender and nicely pink.

Season to taste with freshly ground chili and salt.
