Shrimp with sereh
A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns ((bag 500 g, frozen), thawed), Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), ginger syrup (bottle 175 ml), sesame seed (bowl 100 g), lime (squeezed) and lemongrass (sereh).

Peel the shrimps and remove the intestinal tract.

Mix in a bowl the soy sauce, ginger syrup, sesame seeds and the lime juice.

Cut the lemongrass in half lengthwise and half in half again.

Cut the narrowest ends sharply.

Thread the shrimp.

Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Heat a grill pan and grill the satay in 4 min.

Until done.

Turn halfway.

Tasty with warm Japanese teriyaki sauce (bag 160 g)..
